Covid-19 safety measures

Our practitioners wear a mask whenever treating a human patient. Patients are now required to wear a mask as well for any treatments inside. These will be provided if you don't have your own.

Treatment benches are sanitised prior to the beginning of every appointment.

Both the practitioner and patient are required to use hand sanitiser prior to and at the end of every appointment.

Patient's forehead temperature will be taken on arrival and any forehead temperature over 37.3c will require to be rescheduled until the patient has a Covid-19 test.

If you have even the slightest of Cold or Flu symptoms please call us to reschedule your appointent.

On average it takes 5–6 days from when someone is infected with the virus for symptoms to show, however it can take up to 14 days.

COVID-19 affects different people in different ways. Most infected people will develop mild to moderate illness and recover without hospitalization.

Most common symptoms:

• fever
• dry cough
• tiredness

Less common symptoms:

• aches and pains
• sore throat
• diarrhoea
• conjunctivitis
• headache
• loss of taste or smell
• a rash on skin, or discolouration of fingers or toes

Serious symptoms:

• difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
• chest pain or pressure
• loss of speech or movement

Seek immediate medical attention if you have serious symptoms.
